Mobility Marine is committed to operating with the highest standards of legal, regulatory and ethical compliance in all our logistics and foreign trade operations. We operate under Mexican law and the regulations applicable to our sector.
Regulatory certifications and registrations
We operate under the Foreign Trade General Rules (RGCE) applicable to our activities.
We work exclusively with authorized customs agents registered with the Tax Administration Service (SAT).
We comply with the regulations of Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) applicable to each type of merchandise.
We maintain current records and authorizations before COFEPRIS, SEMARNAT and other applicable regulatory agencies.
Anti-corruption and anti-bribery
We operate under strict anti-corruption policies. Our team does not accept, offer or pay bribes, gifts or undue payments to public officials or private parties. Any act of corruption is subject to immediate disciplinary action and legal reporting.
Prevention of money laundering
We apply due diligence procedures in client identification in accordance with Mexican legislation on prevention of operations with resources of illicit origin (AML). We reserve the right to decline operations that raise reasonable suspicion.
Restricted trade compliance
We verify that our operations do not involve entities subject to international economic sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN). We do not participate in operations that violate export controls or trade embargoes.
